Dear customers! Amendments to the currency legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan will come into force on January 1, 2025. What is important to know? The list of grounds for violating the deadlines for the repatriation of national and (or) foreign currency under currency agreements: "1" - unfulfilled obligations by a non-resident under a foreign exchange export or import agreement to the exporter or importer during repatriation in the amount exceeding 50,000 US dollars in equivalent as of the last day of the reporting month and as of the date of transfer; "2" - violation by the exporter or importer of the deadline for applying for assignment of an account number to a currency agreement on export or import; "3" - violation by the exporter or importer of the deadline for providing information and (or) documents confirming the occurrence of circumstances affecting the terms and conditions of fulfillment of obligations by the parties under the export or import currency agreement.
In cases of violation of Currency legislation: Sending information on the above violations to the NBK, followed by the imposition of an administrative penalty by the SRC in relation to Article 244, paragraph 3, 4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.: If you have any additional questions, please contact the Bank's branches.
