National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan warns about the activation of
scammers in Kazakhstan.
Fraudsters
call Kazakhstanis and pretend to be employees of the National Bank, offering to
install mobile applications or services in order to seize funds from bank
accounts and apply for loans.
Also,
posing as interrogators or investigators, they report that relatives or acquaintances
of citizens turned to the police department on the fact of an allegedly issued
online loan.
Fraudsters
hunt for personal data: amounts stored on the account, SMS and CVV codes.
We remind
you that neither the police nor bank employees will ever ask you to confirm
bank account data or personal data.
