Loan conditions of SF AO “DB “KZİ-Bank” for sole proprietorships:

1. Consumer loan:

  • Real estate will be provided as security;

2. Housing loan (with mortgage);

3. Vehicle loan.

Information about loan amount, term and interests

Vehicle Loan

Purpose

The loan will be given for purchase of new vehicle and 2nd hand vehicle (maximum 3 years old) in commercial establishments and automobile marketplaces. Intended use of the loan will be compulsorily determined and followed up within scope of the current plan.

Loan term

1 to 36 months (3 years)

Loan interest

  • Interest starting from 12%* for Tenge, interest starting from 10% for USD

Loan currency

  • Tenge;
  • US Dollar

Loan amount

  • Maximum loan amount is 100,000 USD Dollars

Prepayment

20% - When new vehicle is purchased from auto gallery;
30% – When 2nd hand vehicle is purchased;

Evidence of official income

  • Income certificate will be definitely presented

Loan conditions

  • The vehicle being purchased should comply with conditions of the Bank, or other securities demanded by the Bank should be provided.
    When new or 2nd hand vehicles are purchased, costs of valuation of the immovable provided as security will be paid by the loan applicant loan.

Insurance (types and conditions)

  • The applicant will compulsorily take out insurance for the mortgaged immovable.

Commission

  • For obtaining loan up to 50,000 USD - 10,000 Tenge
  • For obtaining loan from 50,0001 to 100,000 USD - 20,000 Tenge
* Annual Effective Interest Rate is 12.32% for Tenge, 10.24% for US Dollar.


List of standard documents to be presented to the Bank by the applicant for evaluation of the vehicle loan application:**

1. Loan petition;

2. Identification of the applicant;

3. Certificate evidencing marital status;

4. Certificate from workplace of the applicant about his/her duty;

5. Certificate about income of the applicant for the last 6 months, or certificate about his/her salary and/or other proceeds;

6. Certificate about private retirement insurance of the applicant for the last 6 months;

7. Certificate of residence of the applicant from Public Service Center (Headman’s Office);

8. Price list/Calculation (for new vehicle from auto gallery) or vehicle sales contract (for 2nd vehicle);

** The Bank may demand additional document at its own discretion. A more detailed list for the loan may be requested from the Bank.


Housing loan (with mortgage).

Purpose

The loan is given for the purpose of purchase of real estate (apartment, detached house, plot with housing development or commercial purposes).  Intended use of the loan will be compulsorily determined and followed up within scope of the current plan.

Loan term

1 to 120 months (10 years)

Loan interest

  • Interest starting from 10%* for Tenge, interest starting from 8% for USD

Loan currency

  • Tenge;
  • US Dollar

Loan amount

  • Maximum loan amount is 500,000 USD Dollars

Prepayment

20% - from value price of the real estate;
0% – When supplementary security is provided;

Evidence of official income

  • Income certificate will be definitely presented

Loan conditions

  • Real estate being purchased and/or another real estate will be provided as security.
    Costs of valuation of the real estate provided as security will be paid by the loan applicant.

Insurance (types and conditions)

  • The applicant will compulsorily take out insurance for the mortgaged immovable.

Commission

  • For obtaining loan up to 50 thousand USD - 10,000 Tenge
  • For obtaining loan from 50,001 to 100,000 USD - 20,000 Tenge
  • For obtaining loan over 100,001 USD - 60,000 Tenge.
* Annual Effective Interest Rate is 10.14% for Tenge, 8.13% for US Dollar

6. Certificate about private retirement insurance of the applicant for the last 6 months;

7. Certificate of residence of the applicant from Public Service Center (Headman’s Office);

8. Legal documents about the real estate being purchased;

9. Valuation of the real estate being purchased.

Consumer loan with real estate mortgage

Purpose

The loan is given for the purpose of purchase of consumer products. Intended use of the loan will be compulsorily determined and followed up within scope of the current plan.

Loan term

1 to 60 months (5 years)

Loan interest

  • Interest starting from 10%* for Tenge, interest starting from 8% for USD

Loan currency

  • Tenge;
  • US Dollar

Loan amount

  • Maximum loan amount is 300,000 USD Dollars

Evidence of official income

  • Income certificate will be definitely presented

Loan conditions

  • Cost of real estate independent valuation is paid by the loan applicant.

Insurance (types and conditions)

  • The applicant will compulsorily take out insurance for the mortgaged immovable.

Commission

  • For obtaining loan up to 50 thousand USD - 10,000 Tenge
  • For obtaining loan from 50,001 to 100,000 USD - 20,000 Tenge
  • For obtaining loan over 100,001 USD - 60,000 Tenge.

7. Legal documents about the real estate being purchased will be presented as guarantee;

8. Valuation of the real estate.
