Savaş ZORLU
Chairman of the Board
Savaş Zorlu graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics, at Çankaya University in 2002.
He began his career at Akbank in 2004, and later held various positions at Fortis Bank and Türkiye Garanti Bankası. In 2010, he joined T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. in Ankara. In 2015, he was appointed as Branch Director of Amasya Entrepreneur Branch of T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. Between 2017 and 2022, he served as Branch Director at Çorum Entrepreneur Branch, Çorum Industrial Site Branch, and Çorum Branch, respectively. Between 2022 and 2023, he worked as the Director of the İzmir Commercial Branch, and from 2023 to 2025, he served as the Director of the İzmir Corporate Branch.
Since March 2025, Mr. Zorlu held the position of Managing Director of the Support Services Unit at the “Associated Bank ‘Kazakhstan-Ziraat International Bank’ JSC.”
From May 15, 2025 Savaş Zorlu was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of "AB "KZI Bank" JSC.
Massenova Galiya Bagasharovna
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board
Massenova Galiya Bagasharovna was born on 09 February 1975. She is the Master of Financial Management. During her work in the banking sector, she held the positions from the International Department specialist to the Director of the Risk Management Department.
From 29.07.2005 to 22.01.2012, she held the position of Director the Risk Management Department.
On 23.01.2012 Massenova G.B. has been become a member of the Management Board.
On 10.04.2014 she was appointed as a Deputy Chairman of the Board.
She speaks Kazakh, Russian, Turkish and English languages.
Batalov Zhalgas Kuandykuly
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board
Batalov Zhalgas Kuandykuly was born on February 2, 1975. In 1999, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University. From February 2004 to September 2005, he completed training in the course “Fundamentals of Banking and Personal Development” at the Banking School of T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. He has over 27 years of experience in the banking sector. He began his career in 1999 as a Specialist at the Almaty branch of JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan and later continued at JSC TKI Bank. From February 2007 to December 2008, he served as Head of the Banking Service Center at JSC Demir Kazakhstan Bank. From April 2009 to January 2010, he held the position of Head of the Retail Sales Channel Development Department at the Taldykorgan Branch of BTA Bank. In 2010, he joined “AB “KZI Bank” JSC as Director of the Problem Loan Management Department. From 2013 to 2015, he served as Director of the Astana Branch, and from 2015 to 2017, as Director of the Aktau Branch. During 2017–2018, he was Director of the Operational Risk Management and Internal Control Department. In 2018, he was appointed Director of the Marketing and Sales Department, and in July 2019, he was elected a Member of the Management Board of “AB “KZI Bank” JSC. From September 17, 2021, to December 30, 2025, he served as Managing Director of the Marketing and Sales Group and as a Member of the Management Board of “AB “KZI Bank” JSC.
Effective December 31, 2025, he was
appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, responsible for the
Marketing and Sales Block.
He is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and
Turkish.
Chigambayev Bauyrzhan Yermukhanbetuly
Member of the Management Board, Director of Information Technology Department
Chigambaev Bauyrzhan Ermukhanbetuly was born on 29 April 1983 in the Zhambyl region. In 2004 he graduated from Almaty State University named after Abay with a degree in Computer Science, in 2007 he graduated from the Central Asian University with a degree in Finance. The total work experience in the Bank – 19 years.
Chigambaev B.E. began his career in 2004 at Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC as a Specialist of the Information Technology Service of the Ili district branch. In 2006, he was appointed Chief Engineer of the Software Maintenance Department of the Information Technology Department of the Almaty Regional Branch. Between 2015 and 2021 held the position of Director of the IT Infrastructure Department at Halyk Insurance Company, a subsidiary of the Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC. He has been working at «AB «KZI Bank» JSC since March 2022.
On November 10, 2022, he was appointed to the position of Member of the Management Board of «AB «KZI Bank» JSC
Kanapiyayeva Aigul Merziyashevna
Member of the Management Board, Director of the Central Branch of AB “KZI Bank” JSC in Almaty city
Kanapiyaeva Aigul Merziyashevna, was born on 18 February 1966. She graduated from the Kazakh State University named SM Kirov (now - Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.). The total work experience in the Bank - 18 years.
In 1998, she began her career in AB “KZI Bank” JSC as a lawyer.
In 1999-2008 she held the position of Director of the Department of exchange control and legal work, the Director of the Central Branch in Astana.
Since 2008 she became a member of the Management Board and held the position of Managing Director of AB “KZI Bank” JSC.
From 30.04.2013 Kanapiyaeva A. was appointed as director of the Central Branch of AB “KZI Bank” JSC in Almaty.
She provides the leadership and control of the activities of the branch.
She speaks Kazakh, Russian, and Turkish languages.
Zulkuf Alper Ergin
Member of the Management Board, Managing Director of the Credit Operations Block
After graduating from Hacettepe University Faculty of Engineering, Mining Engineering Department in 1998, he continued his academic career and graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Economics Department in 2009. He began his banking career in 1999 as a Specialist at the Banking School of the Training Department at T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. He successively worked as a Specialist in the Accounting and Reporting Department, Mithatpaşa Branch, and the Commercial Marketing Department of Yenişehir Branch. Between 2003-2008, he worked as a Specialist at the Financial Analysis and Intelligence Department, and between 2008-2012 as a Manager in the same unit. In 2012, he joined KZI Bank and worked as Head of the Corporate Analysis and Monitoring Department. Between 2015-2017, he served as Astana Branch Manager, and between 2017-2019, he again served as Head of the Corporate Analysis and Monitoring Department. Since 2019, he has continued to serve as Head of the Credit Administration and Management Department. As of December 2025, Ergin has been appointed as Member of the Management Board and Managing Director of the Credit Operations Block at KZI Bank.
