«AB KZI Bank»» JSC is the participant of the system of obligatory collective guaranteeing (insurance) of deposits (deposits) of individuals that is confirmed by the Certificate No. 028 on participation of second tier Banks in system of obligatory collective guaranteeing (insurance) of deposits (deposits) of individuals of the Republic of Kazakhstan, given by JSC Kazakhstan Fund Deposit insurance fund on December 22, 2003. This certificate certifies obligations of «AB KZI Bank»» JSC for returning of deposits (deposits) of individuals.
The maximum amount of the guarantee is:
• 20 million tenge for savings deposits (deposits) in
national currency;
• 10 million tenge on cards, accounts and other
deposits in national currency;
• 5 million tenge on cards, accounts and deposits in
foreign currency (in equivalent at the exchange rate established on the date of
revocation of the license of the participating bank).
If several deposits of different types and currencies
are placed in one participating bank, the cumulative balance of the amount for
all deposits is guaranteed, but not more than the maximum amount of guaranteed
compensation - 20 million tenge, taking into account the limits for each type
of deposit.
