Please be informed that from June 1, 2020, the Rule on establishing the
limits on the amounts allowed for withdrawal will come into force, approved by
Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 50
dated April 21, 2020.
The limits for cash withdrawal from bank accounts of
legal entities are shown bellow:
·
for small businesses - 20 million tenge per calendar
month;
·
for medium-sized businesses - 120 million tenge per
calendar month;
·
for large businesses - 150 million tenge per calendar
month.
The Rule does not apply to:
·
individuals;
·
individual entrepreneurs;
·
microenterprise entities (average annual number of
employees no more than 15 people or average annual income no more than 30,000
MCI);
·
legal entities listed in the table below.

The procedure for legal entities to withdraw cash from
bank accounts in excess of the limit was established by the Resolution of the
Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 51 dated April 21,
2020, subject to the following conditions being taken by legal entities in
combination:

providing documents confirming the purpose of cash
withdrawals;
·
granting consent to the submission of data to the
State Revenue Authorities;
·
receipt by the Bank from the State Revenue Authority
of confirmation of the possibility of cash withdrawal in excess of the
established limit.
