We express our support to all Citizens and Companies affected by floods in the regions where a state of emergency has been declared since March 31, 2024.
All citizens and legal entities classified as flood victims, according to the lists of local executive bodies, will be granted a deferral on payments from April 1 to June 30, 2024 automatically without accruing any fines and penalties.
Also, our customers, Individuals and Legal entities listed in the lists of local executive bodies, may be provided with a loan restructuring if they apply.
The Bank's customers, Individuals and Legal entities listed in the lists of local executive bodies, can apply for Restructuring in one of the following ways: by direct contacting the nearest branch of the Bank, by sending an Application by mail to the address of KZI Bank’s Head Office - Almaty, Nauryzbai Batyr str., 17а, as well as by sending an e-mail to customerservice@kzibank.kz.
